Your Credit Card Information & Privacy

For your safety, we do not collect or store your credit card information. Our payment is entirely processed by Paypal. We never release your order data to any 3rd party under any circumstances.

Shipping

We use US postal priority 2~3 day mail service. We'll provide you with a tracking number once we ship the package out.

Your original Tapes

We return all your original tapes along with the converted DVDs.

Service Time

For orders under 10 tapes, we can normally convert them in 3 business days after we receive the tapes, shipping them back to you takes 2~3 days.  The over all turn around time is around 5~7 business days after we receive your tapes. You can always track the order status by using our "Track Order" feature.

Actual tapes are longer than indicated in the original order

Our policy is to honor your order, as you may actually only want to convert portion of the tape. However, we'll contact you via email. If we do not get response from you within one week, we assume your order is accurate and finish the conversion based on your original order. If you choose to convert the additional hours on the tape, we'll do that only if you respond within one week after we contact you and after we receive the additional payment.

Please try your best to avoid this situation, as this may cause delay in handling your order.

Tapes are damaged when we receive them

If we are unable to convert the tapes to DVDs, we'll return the tapes back to you as we received. We'll refund the service charge for the tapes that we are unable to convert.

Copyrighted tapes

We do not convert copyright protected tapes. First of all, we don't want to get into legal troubles. Further more, we can not guarantee the output quality, because some of them actually have built-in macrovision anti-copying features that can make the copied video not viewable. 

Quality Guarantee

If the converted DVD video quality is not as good as your orginal tapes, we'll refund your service charge.

Adult content videos

Our service is family oriented, we do not convert any X-rated videos. If we find X-rated videos, we'll return the tapes to you. You may be charged for a handling fee.
